Invoices are the most important documents at the beginning. In the course of the proceedings, contractual documents such as general terms and conditions or contracts may become important. In contentious proceedings, all communication documents that support your claim are important.
For security reasons, please convert the invoices to be submitted to PDF format. The invoices can then be easily attached in the “Upload” area.
We offer our credit management services exclusively for companies and unfortunately do not accept orders from private individuals.
Unfortunately, we do not successfully close every case with full payment of the debt. However, experience shows that payment expectations can become likely after approx. 30 days of processing. We will keep you up to date.
Our services starts at an amount of GBP 15.00. The amount can also be smaller if we are working for you in bulk collection (> 100 debt collection cases per year).
No, we do not offer a debt collection field service for our customers.
Yes, after receiving a judgment we are happy to offer after court services. Please contact us.
We are very well networked abroad. We have our own foreign companies that we can commission with foreign debt collection. You receive support from a single point of sale.
